As a Senior Associate, Madeline Forbis uses her project management experience, creative skills, and digital know-how, to generate the highest quality deliverables for clients. She drafts strategic communication materials, plans flawless events, and provides graphic design support. As a next-level sleuth, you’ll find Madeline happily researching any given subject, working to provide clients with intelligible, detailed, and prudent information. Madeline can be counted on to manage many tasks and projects at once- having information about budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and fun facts on hand at any time.
Madeline is a 5th generation Montanan, earning a bachelor’s degree in Modern History and Global Political Science at the University of Montana Western, and a master’s degree in International Political Science, Regulation, and Competition at the University of East Anglia. Madeline has spent years on the Hill in Washington DC, as a health associate for the Senate Finance Committee led by former U.S. Senator and Ambassador to China Max Baucus, and as a staff assistant for Senator Jon Tester. She also worked for the Montana Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee as a Regional Field Director in 2014, winning all three of the races she managed. In 2015, she worked for the Montana House Minority caucus, helping to achieve important policy wins such as expanding Medicaid, which gave over 100,000 Montanans access to healthcare, and the passage of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Water Compact. Most recently, Madeline was employed as a field representative for Senator Tester in his Missoula office. Since joining Hilltop, Madeline has worked on a wide variety of non-profit, corporate, and political client accounts.
Madeline enjoys watching the NBA, exploring Montana’s best breweries, experiencing live music, and being in and around all of Montana’s lakes and rivers.
