Kaytlynn Monroe, a Principal at Hilltop Public Solutions, has been active in New Hampshire politics and advocacy for nearly a decade, working in the fields of government relations, campaign management, and community engagement.

Kaytlynn was selected for the role of Political Director for President Joe Biden’s New Hampshire team during the 2019-2020 presidential primary cycle. In this role, she was responsible for political outreach throughout the state, building coalitions of support, and executing the endorsement plan.

She previously led in roles managing state senate and executive council races, also serving as political director for a 2018 congressional bid. Kaytlynn spent several sessions as a government affairs specialist and most recently, has worked alongside labor organizations like the Professional Firefighters of New Hampshire and the NH AFL-CIO, fighting for collective bargaining rights and other critical supports for labor and the state’s first responders.

Kaytlynn received her B.S. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
