Jack Richter is an associate in Hilltop’s Washington, D.C. office, where he assists with the firm’s grasstops advocacy campaigns. Jack also co-supervises Hilltop DC’s team of interns.

Before joining Hilltop, Jack worked as a research associate for the Biden-Harris campaign, where he conducted in-depth research on Biden’s political record and assisted with rapid response research tasks relating to media inquiries and breaking news. He also served as a public affairs intern at a strategic communications firm based in Washington D.C.

Jack is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the San Antonio Spurs and Washington Nationals, and enjoys traveling in his free time. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a major in Politics & International Relations.
