Ian Winick is a partner in Hilltop’s Washington, D.C. office where works on grasstops, grassroots and issues advocacy projects covering a multitude of subject matters. While at Hilltop, he has managed multi-state campaigns and state advocacy work on behalf of both nonprofit and private sector clients. In addition to his grassroots and issues advocacy work, Ian has helped lead the firm’s political campaigns work during the 2018, 2020 and 2022 cycles.

Ian formerly served on the policy team of Beto O’Rourke’s 2020 presidential campaign, helping to produce policy proposals and talking points on key issues throughout the campaign.

Prior to joining Hilltop, Ian worked as a market research analyst at Penn Schoen Berland. He graduated from American University with a B.A. in Political Science, and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
