Ian Moskowitz is a veteran campaign manager with nearly a decade of experience at the highest levels of campaigns and independent expenditures. He has managed and advised campaigns across 17 states and at the federal, state and local levels.
Ian most recently served as a Regional Director for the Biden-Harris campaign, overseeing programs in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Maine, and serving as part of the strategic teams that built and advised multi-million dollar operations in those states. The plans Ian helped create and execute led to unprecedented wins in a tough political climate.
Ian began the 2020 cycle when he was tapped to serve as the Biden campaign’s New Hampshire Primary State Director. In this position, he managed a team of over 60 and a multi-million dollar budget. Following the New Hampshire primary, Ian worked on the Super Tuesday and Beyond team, where he oversaw eight states including pivotal primary wins in Texas, Florida, and Virginia.
Prior to his work on the Biden campaign, Ian managed and consulted on over a dozen races including managing a $7 million campaign for Ohio Attorney General in 2018, the largest ever challenger AG race in Ohio’s history.
In 2016, Ian managed a first-time gubernatorial candidate in a competitive primary in Vermont before going on to work at a media firm where he built media plans, advised on paid media strategy and wrote and produced ads for a US Senate IE, a top-tier U.S. House race, and a targeted state legislative caucus.
Prior to 2016, Ian served as the Political Director of the New Hampshire Democratic party and worked on federal and city races in New York City.
Ian is a graduate of Boston University and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
