Devin Howell brings a strong background in organizing and experience in state government to Hilltop as an Associate in the New York office.

Prior to joining Hilltop, Devin worked for the New York state legislature in both Albany and in his hometown of Syracuse. During the 2020 campaign cycle he was a field organizer on a state senate campaign in the first election win for a Democrat in District 50 in over five decades. In 2022, Devin served as the DCCC’s Organizing Director for Central New York.

Devin earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from SUNY Albany.
