Andrew Castillo is an Associate in Hilltop’s Washington, DC office, working on political and issue advocacy campaigns.

Before joining Hilltop, Andrew was a field organizer for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, where he coordinated online volunteer programming, phonebanks, and virtual house parties.

Andrew also previously worked for the Kamala Harris 2020 presidential campaign, the Office of U.S Senator Jack Reed, the Rhode Island Democratic Party, and the Rhode Island Senate Policy Office.

Andrew is a graduate of Brown University, where he majored in Public Policy and Sociology.
