Lauren Rhoades Garrett brings nearly two decades of public policy and government relations experience – spanning both the west and east coast.
A native Oregonian, Lauren launched her health policy career as a key member of U.S. Senator Ron Wyden’s legislative staff in Washington, D.C. and as a Legislative Analyst for Continuum Health Partners in New York City, N.Y.
Lauren returned to the west coast for law school and then spent eight years honing her advocacy skills as in-house counsel and senior lobbyist for the Oregon Health Care Association, the state’s largest long-term care trade association.
As Managing Principal for Three Arch Strategies, Lauren tackled a broad set of issue areas on behalf of her clients, including transportation, trade, and health care.
Lauren has developed a successful track record of coalition building, grasstops outreach and stakeholder development.
A proud graduate of Beaverton High School, Lauren graduated with a B.A. in International Relations + Economics from Claremont McKenna College and earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Lauren lives with her husband, son and daughter in the same community where she grew up.
