Hayley Prim brings a wealth of experience from the Office of the Mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio’s campaign for Mayor, work in the U.S. House of Representatives and federal, state, and local political campaigns.
Most recently, Hayley worked for Mayor Bill de Blasio as a policy analyst on the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development’s team in New York City Hall. There she helped craft the Mayor’s ambitious affordable housing plan, led efforts on neighborhood development, and coordinated the Deputy Mayor’s tech policy across multiple city agencies.
Prior to that, as one of the earliest hires on the campaign, Hayley served as the High Dollar Finance Director on Bill de Blasio’s campaign for Mayor of New York City where she helped raise more than $6 million for the Primary election, and more than $15 million overall.
Before joining the Mayor’s campaign in 2012, Hayley worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as special assistant to the Chairman, U.S. Congressman Steve Israel, and as Deputy Finance Director on his re-election campaign. Hayley started her career in Rep. Israel’s Congressional Office.
Hayley graduated Cum Laude from Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Political Science, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
