Shannon Pederson Shannon Pederson serves as Hilltop’s Director of Operations, where is she responsible for coordinating the schedules of Hilltop partners and coordinating the day-to-day needs of Hilltop’s Washington office. Prior to her work with Hilltop, Pederson served as an Office Manager for the Balfour Beatty Construction company. While at the firm, Pederson was responsible for writing contracts, coordinating with vendors, and generating weekly and financial budget reports for project managers. As Office Manager, Pederson worked on two of Balfour Beatty’s landmark projects: the Prettyman Courthouse and 9/11 Pentagon Memorial. Pederson received her B.A. from George Mason University. A
native South Dakotan, Shannon resides in the Dupont Circle
neighborhood of Washington with her husband Erik and their pug,
Buck.
